Weigh yourself daily at the same time and record it in your journal. Keep a food journal daily. Record everything you consume. Include your fluids. Keep a journal of how you are feeling. Record feelings of hunger and also energy levels. Also, it’s a good idea to pay close attention to how you are feeling emotionally. Take your drops correctly and at prescribed intervals during the day. Start with 10 drops 3 times a day in the morning, at midday, and at dinnertime.
