Weigh yourself daily at the same time and record it in your journal.
Keep a food journal daily. Record everything you consume. Include your fluids.
Keep a journal of how you are feeling. Record feelings of hunger and also energy levels. Also, it’s a good idea to pay close attention to how you are feeling emotionally.
Take your drops correctly and at prescribed intervals during the day. Start with 10 drops 3 times a day in the morning, at midday, and at dinnertime. Put the 10 drops on a spoon and put the drops under your tongue. Swallow naturally. Wait 20-30 minutes before eating, drinking, or brushing your teeth. You do not need to eat immediately after this. Try to take your drops on a regular schedule. If you forget to take your drops before your meal, wait at least 20-30 minutes after eating and resume taking your drops. Return to your regular schedule. You must take your drops 3 times a day unless advised otherwise by your coach.
Start taking our drops on your Gorge Days to get them into your system. If you are hungry on Day 3 of the diet, call your coach in the morning. We do not want you to be hungry and we can assess the situation and advise ways to combat this. If you feel fine the first day, contact your coach later in the day to let us know how your first day went.
It is important to call your coach daily to insure maximum success. It is important that we stay in contact. This includes your good days and your problem days. It will allow your coach to assess your situation and be better able to help you should a problem arise.
Try to finish eating by 6pm or at least 2 hours before you go to bed. It is important to get enough sleep each night. This is when most of your weight loss will occur.
Drink half of your current body weight in approved fluids daily. This includes water, tea, coffee, and fat free broth.
Both our Gold and our Platinum drops have Potassium in the drops to help prevent leg cramps. If you still experience cramps, potassium once per day (99mg) should help. Please inform your coach (If you are being coached by one of our coaches) if cramps continue.
Take advantage of your Free Foods. They may be eaten at any time without weighing. They really help!
You must eat 2 proteins, 2 vegetables, and 2 fruits from the approved list every day. You may have your optional foods and your Free Foods if you wish.
Fruits must be eaten at least 6 hours apart.
Weigh your protein and vegetables before cooking.
No sugar or artificial sweeteners allowed except Truvia and Stevia.
No oils of any kind can be used for cooking. You can broil, grill, bake, or sauté your food in broth.
Use oil-free moisturizers, make-up, and sun tan lotions.
Use any dry spices you choose that do not contain sugar or oil. Read the labels! Many foods contain hidden sugar and oil!
